Standard booth equipped with:
9 ㎡ booth：3m (L) X 3m (W) X 2.5m (H)
3 walls(white), carpet, 1 wastepaper basket, fascia board of company name both in Chinese and English, 1 single phase socket( under 500W), 2 spotlight, 1 inquiry desk, 2 folding chairs
Exhibitor rules and regulations:
- Exhibitors must completely fill Exhibitor Application Form (Contract), and fax it back to the organizer with signature and seal. The form only becomes effective with the organizer’s signature and seal.
- The minimum of raw space is 18㎡(no equipment), the booth can’t be shared, and only be used for one exhibitor’s advertisement.
- Fascia board of standard booth can’t be changed; the organizer reserves the right to refuse changing standard booth to rare space onsite.
- Exhibitors must pay 100% total fee to the account designated by organizer within 7 working days after signing the contract. Otherwise the organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the booth. The paid booth charges are not refundable if exhibitors cancel their exhibiting plans without the organizer’s permission.
- The booth can’t be transferred or sold by exhibitors, otherwise the organizer reserves the right to cancel their participation and refuse them within following 3 years.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel exhibitors whose onsite exhibits don’t match the signed contracts; the paid booth charge is not refundable.
- Booth location will be based on product categories or other criteria established by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth location under special circumstances.
- Exhibitors must guarantee their products, packing and correlative public materials not violate any third party’s rights; the organizer reserves the rights to refuse exhibitors who have any PR violations onsite, and to seek further legal actions against them.
- The organizer reserves the right to change exhibition dates and do not bear any legal or financial responsibilities in addition to the force majeure or non-artificial factors (such as war, earthquakes and other natural disasters).
