Free Hotel Application Guidelines
1. This offer is only applicable to
overseas group buyers with 6 people or more.
2. Buyers have to choose one accommodation plan from the following two options.

3. Overseas buyers download the
Free Hotel Application Form on our official website:

4. Fill the form with necessary information and send it back by email to
sales@dpes.com.cn or
service@dpes.com.cn. Application deadline is
August 10th , 2019. Buyers have to attach
Flight Itinerary in the email, otherwise the reservation will not be handled by Organizer.
5. Organizer will make confirm schedule with buyers one week prior to the show date. If buyers cancel the visiting plan, the hotel rooms will be canceled.
6. Buyers will receive Organizer confirmation letters by email after we make arrangements for hotel rooms.
7. Overseas buyers check in at the front desk of reception hotel with original passports. Passport number must be the same as that on the Application Form. Please note that the free hotel rooms are non-transferable and non-cashable.
